The starting point

Six businesses runningand no way to measure them.

HiddenWire runs several units at once: installations, cameras, internet, showroom, garage. There used to be no control or management: quotes lived in everyone's own spreadsheets, invoices were put together by hand, monthly payments were remembered from memory and nobody could say which line made money and which one lost it.

The ERP didn't add processes: it put the existing ones in a single place. What changed isn't how they work, it's that now it's visible.

What it does

Five pieces, one place.

01

Quoting without scattered spreadsheets

Estimates stopped living in personal files. Each one is born with its number, its customer, its source (a call, a referral) and the line of business it belongs to, and moves through statuses until it's approved or rejected. What was proposed is on the record, not estimated from memory.

  • 16 estimates
  • $49,052 proposed
  • Draft → Sent → Approved

02

Invoicing in a minute, from the right line

An invoice goes out by picking the customer and line of business, and it's issued from the right branch: the address on the document changes on its own. Items are looked up in inventory or added one-off for that invoice, and the total is built with tax applied.

03

See who owes, and remind them

Service payments and monthly fees show up sorted by due date, separating what's overdue from what falls due this week. Every row has a button to send a WhatsApp reminder and to mark it as paid. This was the money that used to slip away for lack of a list.

  • 43 overdue

Every business pays its way

The dashboard breaks down results by line: HiddenWire, Security Center, Showroom, Garage, Internet, Menu. It shows what was collected against what was spent and flags in red the line that's losing money instead of making it. It's the view that turns “we did well” into a number per unit.

05

The whole team in the loop, in one place

Comments on orders, messages and alerts land in a shared inbox, with unread items marked. Operations stop running through scattered chats where nobody knows what was said or when: it's recorded against the order and the person.

  • Shifts and team
