The starting point

Selling something that doesn't exist yetforces the customer to imagine it.

Green Roofing & Solar builds aluminum pergolas and outdoor kitchens in Miami. Sales depended on blueprints, photos of other people's projects and the customer's ability to picture the result in their own backyard. That stretches out the decision, and the proposal competes on equal footing with everyone else's.

The tool flips the order: the customer sees a photo of their finished pergola before signing. The salesperson designs it live during the visit, generates the render and sends the link right there.

How it works

One walkthrough, nine steps.

STEP 011 · Dimensions

Size comes first

Projection, width and clear height, typed in and shown in feet and meters at once. The geometry recalculates live: columns reposition themselves and the roof rebuilds with every slider change.

Under the hood

What took real work.

Translating geometry into language

The realism of the render doesn't depend on the image that gets sent, but on the prompt. We built a system that describes the exact configuration in text and adds negative rules, so the model doesn't invent what isn't there.

Parametric 3D, not mockups

Columns, roof panels, pitch, repositionable accessories and rectangular or L-shaped layouts. Everything recalculates live with every change the salesperson makes.

Public proposal on private data

The lead's landing page reads RLS-protected tables through a server-side admin client, with a per-project link and read receipts.

Multi-user with roles

Team-only access, route gating, a single admin role and profiles with photos.

Built for a non-technical owner

A guided tour inside the product, new-version alerts and a visible changelog, so they can try every change without getting lost.
