The starting point
Roadside help was requested by phoneand jotted down on paper.
Marco ran the service by hand: requests by phone and WhatsApp, no reliable location, no tracking of the work and no organized billing. He needed to move all of that into an app of his own, with his brand, his rates and payment built in.
01
The six-step wizard
A stranded driver doesn't know exactly where they are or how to explain it. The app asks for just what's needed in six steps: GPS location with a draggable map pin, photos of the vehicle, an emergency type from a fixed list and an optional description.
02
The price, stated upfront
A $200 deposit that counts toward the total. Parts and labor are quoted on site; towing is separate. Saying so before the technician rolls out is what prevents the argument on the side of the road.
03
Three roles, one codebase
The customer requests help, the technician takes the job and does the work, the admin dispatches and collects payment. A single Expo and React Native project that runs on iOS, Android and web, with no need to maintain three codebases.
04
From the phone to the dashboard
Marco ran everything by hand: requests by phone and WhatsApp, no reliable location, no job tracking and no organized billing. Now the shop has dispatch, rates, payments, reports and PDF receipts inside the same app.

Status
A finished product with passing tests, running in demo mode: in-memory data, simulated payment and a schematic map. What's left isn't business logic but wiring (Supabase, Stripe, Google Maps, push notifications and app store publishing), pending the client's accounts and credentials.
