Real work for programmers who are just starting out

MyJobs was created to give work to programmers from the University of Buenos Aires and La Plata. Today it is the community every developer at insights apps came from.

How it sustains itself

Demand on one side sustains the other.

The original idea was to connect programmers with insights apps. But once we saw the real demand, something bigger appeared: besides hiring them for our own projects, insights places them at other companies and gives them internships on small projects to certify them. And now it also goes out looking for companies to join the community, so the programmers' demand gets met.

Every company that joins sustains the ones to come. Every dev placed makes room for the next.

01

The community posts and applies

Everyone shows what they do, asks questions and shares. Jobs are posted by people in the community, with the pay up front, and agreed directly between the parties: no commission in between.

Real jobs, with the price up front

Every listing states the pay, the format, the seniority and the hours per week. Devs filter by stack and apply with a pitch, explaining what similar work they've done. No endless forms.

Who's who, at a glance

Each profile shows stack, seniority, availability and location. A company that comes looking doesn't start from zero: they see the whole community and who fits.
